Delete your VOTUM account
You can leave whenever you choose. You don’t need to reinstall the app.

What will be removed
Your account, cloud profile, backed-up readings, journal, favorites and account-linked device records will be permanently removed from the active service. You will no longer be able to sign in to this account.
This does not erase your charm, change its physical ownership or remove copies already saved on your phones. To remove those copies, use the app’s local-data controls. Existing Guest libraries are separate.
About backups and retained records
Restricted server recovery backups may temporarily contain deleted information. Security and operational records are maintained separately, and minimal deletion-confirmation receipts become eligible for cleanup after thirty days. Deletion does not immediately erase every recovery backup. See our Privacy Policy, or contact policy@spiritualvita.com about retained information.
1. Get a deletion code
Enter the email address for your VOTUM app account. We’ll send a private code to confirm it belongs to you.
2. Confirm deletion
Paste the full code from the deletion email. It is a longer code than the six-digit registration code, expires after 30 minutes and can be used once.
You can keep using VOTUM as a guest. Copies on your phones and your charm are unchanged.
